I'm a retired educator (teacher/principal) who moved from Northern California to Payson, Arizona in September, 2010.

Cooper's New Look and Wood Pile

As you can see, Cooper has his own pack. He has to learn to carry his own food and water on the trail. He's just getting used to it so it has empty water bottles in it for now. He doesn't seem to mind it.....a good thing.

Randy took the chain saw over to the house site early this morning and got to work on the wood pile that we need to move before the fence guys can get to work. Matt and Pat decided to help out so they rented a splitter from Home Depot and got it all split. Looks like about two cords of wood.......that should last us a while.

Chuck, the painter, is busy working inside the house. This morning he was using painter's putty on the shelves in the closets.
We have a meeting with APS (utilities) this afternoon about the electricity......I'll keep you posted.
